Glen Olives is run by Tom and Judy Hartmann, producing quality extra virgin olive oil from their Frantoio and Leccino olive trees on their family farm 7 km north of Glen Innes. The fruit is harvested early when the majority of the olives have only just started to turn from green to black. This results in less oil but the flavour and aroma is far superior. They have received Gold and Silver at the Sydney Fine Food Festival as well as at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Grown naturally and with passion, Glen Olives are top shelf!
