Kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale (curly or Tuscan)

2 Tablespoons of coconut oil

Season with favourite spices, dukkah or just salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Remove stems of the kale and tear leaves into ‘chips’.
  3. Coat in oil and seasoning.
  4. Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes or until crunchy.
